private lessons are available for students of any age and level. The Conservatory of Piano has proven successful with students who begin at The Conservatory, as well as with students who transfer from other piano lesson situations. Students receive a weekly half-hour lesson with a teacher professionally trained in the art of piano education. Every student is different and, though there is a standard core curriculum, each lesson is geared to each student's individual needs and abilities.
though group interaction is provided in frequent performance classes, the lessons are entirely noncompetitive sessions that progress at each student's personal achievement level. Attention is paid to every child's individual needs and each lesson is tailored toward these needs, thus creating the highest possible opportunity for successful learning.
the Conservatory of Piano believes that piano lessons are for every child, and reaches out to every segment of society. Special consideration is given to the needs of mentally, physically and educationally challenged students. We continue to successfully teach blind, deaf and differently-abled students as well as children from the mainstream.
all lessons and classes take place at The Conservatory. This insures the proper educational environment and learning atmosphere with the appropriate equipment and supervision. Our insistence that all lessons take place on the premises underscores The Conservatory's commitment to the safety and well-being of your children. Every faculty member undergoes a thorough background check.
continuity of excellent instruction is a trademark of The Conservatory of Piano. To assure this, detailed records are kept of every lesson. Our highly qualified administrative staff, with over 90 combined years of experience, reviews these records and regularly observes lessons to insure that progress is appropriate and consistent, thus upholding the motto:
